3. Pricing Information
The official price of the general admission ticket to the Basilica di San Marco is 10 euros, as set by the institution.
The price shown on the Website corresponds to the total amount payable by the User, which includes both the ticket value and the management/intermediation fees applied for the services provided by Artem World Tours S.L.
These intermediation fees may vary depending on the type of service, date, demand or the provider’s conditions.
Therefore, the total price displayed during the purchase process already includes all applicable taxes and fees, representing the final amount the User must pay to acquire the service.

4. Terms of Use

5. Purchase and Contracting Process

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be made in case of no-show by the User on the date, time, or place agreed upon for the provision of the service.
When the cancellation or the impossibility of providing the service is attributable to Artem World Tours S.L., the User shall have the right to choose between:
- A full refund of the amount paid, without deduction of fees or commissions, provided that the tickets or services have not been processed with third-party providers.
- Rescheduling the activity at no additional cost, whenever such an option is possible.
A cause attributable to Artem World Tours S.L. shall be considered that which derives from internal organizational decisions, management errors, or any circumstance under its direct control that prevents the correct provision of the service.
6.2 Refunds due to User error
In cases where the User requests a refund due to their own error in making the reservation, in data entry, or in the selection of the contracted service, and provided that the tickets or services have not been processed, the amount to be returned may be subject to the deduction of the corresponding management and processing expenses.
Such expenses may include, among others:
- Administrative costs.
- Commissions applied by the payment gateway.
- Any other expense derived directly from the management of the reservation.
Commissions applied by financial entities or payment platforms are not refundable by Artem World Tours S.L. The exact amount of the deductions will be communicated to the User before processing the refund.
6.3 Processing of tickets and services
For the purposes of this policy, tickets or services shall be considered to have been processed when they have been issued, confirmed, or communicated to the corresponding provider, regardless of whether the User has made effective use of them.
Once tickets or services have been processed, the cancellation and refund conditions may be subject to the policies of the corresponding external provider.
6.4 External providers
Artem World Tours S.L. acts in certain cases as an intermediary between the User and third-party providers.
Once the tickets or services have been processed with said providers, Artem World Tours S.L. shall not be responsible for the cancellation or refund conditions imposed by them, as these remain subject to the specific policies of the corresponding provider.
Nevertheless, Artem World Tours S.L. will provide the User with the necessary information and will collaborate in managing any request before the provider whenever possible.
6.5 Force Majeure
Cancellations derived from causes of force majeure shall not be considered attributable to Artem World Tours S.L., including, among others:
- Decisions or restrictions adopted by public authorities.
- Health emergency situations.
- Conflicts, natural disasters, or unpredictable and unavoidable circumstances that prevent the provision of the service.
In such cases, the solutions provided by current regulations and, where applicable, the policies of the corresponding provider shall apply.
7. Intellectual and Industrial Property
